• Responsibilities include all aspects of the design development from site analysis to preliminary design and cost estimation to construction document preparation to construction administration.

• Led meetings with project consultants, government agencies and contractors on behalf of the client and the client’s best interests in achieving the best product possible.

• Assisted project consultants in various types of permitting approvals including environmental, sediment and erosion control and water consumption as well as conservation.

• Developed a vast and intimate knowledge of landscape and golf construction methods and details while creating timeless and successful landscapes which enhance and amplify the uniqueness of each site.

• Personally generated construction drawings including grading and drainage plans, irrigation plans, details green drawings, details and construction specifications for over twenty-five golf course projects in the U.S., Japan and Scotland.

• Responsible for construction cost estimation and proposals for eight design-build golf course projects in Georgia.

• Contract agreement preparation including monthly pay requests, project administration documentation and construction progress budget versus actual cost tracking during the project.

• Construction administration and contractor progress meetings to monitor and direct the design implementation while directing artistic and creative adjustments in the field.
